Warranty Benefits

10 day 1 year congenital:
This covers all life taking viral afflictions that are preventable by vaccination. A positive necropsy is required to prove such conditions. Snap test are not recognized as a confirmed diagnosis of disease in a vaccinated puppy. The breeder will credit the Pet Store a Pet up to the value of the pet in question. Veterinarian expenses and shipping expenses are not included as reimbursable under this guarantee. The Pet Store must send fax or email stating first symptoms and treatment to the Breeder before the period ends. If the puppy does pass from the condition and the necropsy proves it was a viral disease preventable by a known vaccine the breeder has 30 days to credit a puppy of equal value ( the purchase price of the original pup) to the Pet Store.

Hypoglycemia:
Is not covered as this condition can be caused by several things ( especially the care and treatment it receives during shipping and at the stores. If a pet is delivered in a dehydrated condition it is the responsibility of that store to call the breeder immediately and or frisky-pets).

Life threatening Congenital defects:
This provision does not apply to death, injury due to trauma, or neglect of the puppy. Seller is not responsible for any vet fees or costs. If within 1 year of the puppies life the buyer’s veterinarian discovers a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function or mobility of the puppy described, the buyer must provide the seller with a vet statement verifying the condition at the expense of the buyer.
